Shopping Guide

(A) How to Order:

Step 1 : Register yourself as a member under our "Member Area". If you are an existing member, pls login before you start shopping

Step 2 : Begin shopping and click on "Add to Order" icon to add item to shopping cart

Step 3 : Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT

Step 4 : Follow the step by step instructions to make payment and logout

Step 5 : If you opt for payment via POSB or UOB, an invoice will be sent to you to indicate the acccount number to transfer to. We will notify you once payment is received

Step 6 : Pls allow up to 1 week for us to deliver/ship your goods to you. An email will be sent once parcel is mailed out

(B) Online Store Operation:

This is an Online operated shop based in Singapore. Our shop is open 24 hour, 7 days a week. You can access our online store as long as you have access to the Internet.

Our products are available to everyone, anytime, anywhere in the world on the condition that:-

* They are in stock, and

* Your payment can be accepted through Paypal or credit card (our selected 3rd party payment gateway) or bank transfers (for purchases made in Singapore only.)

(C) Shipping of Orders

Orders will be shipped within 1 week (Monday to Saturday) upon receipt of payment. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

*Orders within Singapore*

FREE delivery for orders within Singapore. Free delivery only apply to Singpost regular mail, which is not trackable.

We will not be liable for lost mail sent using this method. If you like to ensure safety arrival of your package, we will recommend SingPost Registered Mail to ensure that your receive your orders promptly. We place a flat fee of S$3.00 for this service. With registered mail, you are able to track your order and Singpost is liable for missing parcels. You need to be available to acknowledge receipt for your order and it may take an additional 2 to 4 days for delivery. Please choose the "upgrade to registered mail" option before you proceed to payment.

*International Order*

All orders will be shipped via Singpost's standard AIRMAIL, depending on the total weight of the parcel.

Calculated postage varies depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination. We will choose the more economical one to help our customer save on shipping fee. The shipping fee shown during checkout for payment is based on STANDARD MAIL. For more details on postage calculation, you may refer to Singpost website for reference:

The parcel should reach you within 10-14 WORKING DAYS. This is just an estimated delivery time and applies only to major cities/office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destination beyond that.
